SHELLEY — Police are on the scene of a crash involving a train and semi-truck in Shelley.
It happened before 9 a.m. at railroads tracks near North State Street and Oak Street. Witnesses say a Union Pacific train collided with a semi truck on the tracks.
The man driving the semi was not transported to the hospital but a man in the passenger seat was taken by ambulance in stable condition, according to Idaho Falls Fire Department spokeswoman Kerry Hammon.
