A motorcyclist is recovering after running into a tractor trailer at an intersection in Las Vegas on Thursday evening.
The accident happened on September 22nd in Las Vegas, Nevada at around 6:15 p.m.
According to Fox 5 Vegas, a motorcycle was heading south in the intersection of Lamb Boulevard and Nexus Way when it collided with a tractor trailer in the process of making a turn. The force of the collision ejected the motorcyclist from the bike.
The motorcyclist, a man in his late twenties, sustained serious injuries in the incident. Police say the injuries are serious but not life-threatening.
The truck driver was not hurt in the incident. Southbound lanes of Lamb Boulevard from Tropical to the Interstate 15 interchange were closed for several hours following the crash.
